Job description:
Responsibilities Include:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional, friendly manner
- Listen to customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Present pricing, finance, and lease options clearly
- Work closely with the finance department to complete sales
- Assist customers with vehicle purchases while determining the need for a financial package.
- Prepare, verify, and execute all purchasing documents with the sales department.
- Determine a customer's creditworthiness by obtaining credit reports, submitting credit applications, and conferring with loan processors and underwriters.
- Offer vehicle financing to customers and provide them with a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures.
- Maintain the dealership's reputation. Customer information is to be kept confidential while complying with the federal, state, and local regulations.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates while maintaining set standards and goals in sales.
- Oversee all customer loan origination/approval.
- Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting.
- Presentation of investment protection menus.
