We are currently looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the overall strategic direction of the organization. The HR Manager oversees and manages all areas of HR including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, training, compliance, and HR policies.
Necessary education and experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with a minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and/or management or comparable experience/education.
· SHRM-CP certification preferred.
· Possess a strong understanding of employment laws, labor regulations and HR best practices.
To successfully perform this job, the individual must possess the following:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Proven organizational and leadership skills.
· Ability to build relationships and collaborate with employees at all levels.
· Strong multi-tasking and time-management skills.
· Strong decision-making skills with the ability to exercise good judgment.
· Strength in strategic planning.
