Ossian Smoked Meats in Ossian, Indiana, is hiring multiple Production Associates to join our team! Since 1946, we've been known for our traditional smoked meats, and we're looking for team members to help us continue that legacy.
In this role, you will be responsible for packaging our smoked meat products and ensuring quality on our production line. This is a collaborative position in an interdependent environment, so we're looking for team players who are ready to jump in and work with others. This position is for 1st Shift Only.
Key Responsibilities
Packaging and preparing smoked pork products (bacon, ham, pork chops, etc.) for distribution.
Working efficiently as part of a production line team.
Maintaining a clean and safe work area.
Adhering to all food safety and quality standards.
